Stadtcasino Baden Group is selling its shares in Casino Davos AG to its current partner, the Belgian Ardent Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the sale price. Employees are being taken on by the buyer. The transaction has yet to be approved by the Swiss Federal Gaming Board (SFGB).
