Change of management at Stadtcasino Baden AG

Michael Böni has been appointed as the successor of Detlef Brose, the long-standing CEO of Stadtcasino Baden Group. His impressive credentials meet the requirements of a CEO of a casino in active in both physical premises and the online sector. Detlef Brose will support his successor in taking over the role. Brose made Grand Casino Baden the most successful casino in Switzerland after it opened in 2002 and, together with his team and the Board of Directors, has prepared it well for the future.

“A bit more” at the PLÜ Restaurant & Lounge

The new PLÜ – Restaurant & Lounge at Grand Casino Baden is opening its doors. After around five months of construction work, the new restaurant has a new name, a new atmosphere and a new lounge. Virtual Annual General Meeting of the Stadtcasino Baden Group approves dividend

The Annual General Meeting has approved all the proposals of the Board of Directors. The payment of a dividend of CHF 25 per share for the 2019 financial year was approved and Walter Blum was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors.

Outstanding results for the Stadtcasino Baden Group in 2019

The two physical Swiss casinos belonging to the Stadtcasino Baden Group were able to significantly increase their gross gaming revenue (GGR) in 2019. Grand Casino Baden grew by 4.0% to CHF 65.6 million and Casino Davos by an impressive 14.6% to CHF 2.1 million. The two online casinos in Baden (jackpots.ch) and Davos (casino777.ch) generated additional gaming revenue, resulting in a total GGR of CHF 75.4 million, which is a growth of 16.2% (previous year: CHF 64.9 million).
